Buyer FAQ
Questions importers ask us
Pricing, pressure, lead times, shipping and OEM — the essentials for buying hyperbaric oxygen chambers from Oxygen Times.
Do you sell direct from the factory? +
Yes. Oxygen Times manufactures in Nanjing and sells direct to clinics, studios, distributors and home users worldwide — there are no middlemen, so you get factory pricing.
What is the difference between 1.5 ATA and 2.0 ATA? +
ATA means atmospheres absolute. 1.5 ATA (about 7.3 psi) is gentler and suits daily home and wellness use; 2.0 ATA (about 14 psi) gives a deeper dose per session and is popular with clinics and athletes.
Should I choose a soft or hard-shell chamber? +
Soft-shell chambers are lighter, portable and lower cost — ideal for homes and growing studios. Hard-shell cabins are rigid and premium, built for clinics and high-utilisation commercial use.
What is the lead time? +
Most chambers are produced and tested within 10–30 days depending on the model. We confirm the exact timeline when you order, and ship only after rigorous pressure testing.
How do you ship, and how long does it take? +
We export by sea or air to 40+ countries and handle the documentation. Door-to-door transit is typically 7–40 days depending on destination and freight method.
Do you offer OEM, custom sizes or wholesale? +
Yes. We adjust size, seating, pressure and branding for distributors and clinics, and offer wholesale pricing. Send your spec and quantity for a quote.
What is included with a chamber? +
The chamber, control unit and oxygen concentrator interface, with export packing. Each unit is inspected and pressure-tested before dispatch, and we provide setup guidance over WhatsApp.
How do I get a quote? +
